Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

·         Bachelors Degree in relevant field (Tourism, Business or Finance direction)

·         Relevant work experience in sales/tourism/hospitality field

·         Fluency of English and Russian Languages

·         Knowledge of tourism industry and tourism product of Azerbaijan will be an added value

·         Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

·         Good Sales and communications skills

·         Attentive to details

·         Multitasking and time management skills

·         Resilience to cope with pressure at peak times

·         Understanding of the customer service in general

·         Ability to persuade and influence others

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

·         Deliver and sell company’s products and services to current and potential customers

·         Assisting customers during planning the trip and further arranging their chosen tour or excursion

·         Providing customer with profound information regarding the product

·         Doing all necessary bookings and further confirmations

·         Maximizing sales by delivering prompt and competitive rates along with competitive products

·         Dealing with cash and card payments

·         Meeting sales targets

·         Reporting sales trends to the employer
