Responsibilities:

Ø        Ensure timely submission of  the tax authorities by pre-determined deadlines

Ø        Prepare and submit all reports related to State Statistics Committee of AR, State Social Protection Fund of AR (B1,B3)

Ø        Prepare payroll ( salary, personal income tax, social tax, vacation, maternity, compensation calculation)

Ø        Maintain and update files for payment documents, invoice, purchase orders, requisition, accounts, payable/receivable and correspondence.

Ø        Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statement, payments, cash flow.

Ø        Ensure preparation of management accounts (P&L, Cash Flow statement, Balance Sheet) for each month by a set deadline;

Ø        Prepares financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position

Ø        Analyze transactional processes and identify areas where additional accuracies and efficiencies can be achieved

Ø        To develop and maintain accounting/business procedures and relevant financial management information.

Ø        To complete adequate financial analysis and assessments in all areas which are

Ø         relevant to the success of the company (e.g. assist production with project

Ø         financing).

Ø        Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits

Ø        Review and comment both purchasing and sales agreements

Ø        Work with the various departments to coordinate the proper flow of accounting information and resolve issues on an on-going basis;

Ø        Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly, quarterly, yearly reports

Requirements:

Ø        Excellent knowledge of accounting and taxation

Ø        Higher economic education - essential.

Ø        5+ years of accounting experience, at least 3 years as chief accountant. 

Ø        Possession of specialized accounting software (ERP systems).

Ø         Good knowledge in legal matters.

Ø         Leadership - the willingness to make decisions and take responsibility.

Ø        Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English.

Ø        High communication skills.

Ø        Ability to work effectively with many tasks at the same time. 

Ø        Knowledge of Micros billing systems is advantage.
