Responsibilities:

Job brief

We are looking for a qualified Accountant to handle prepare, computer, manage, research and analyze all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business.

Responsibilities

· Ensure all document are properly signed and distributed

· Verify financial and other data

· Monitor financial transactions

· Calculation of EBITDA, P&L and etc

· Enter data and maintain updated records

· Report the status of accounts and discrepancies

· Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles

· Prepare budget and financial forecast

· Publish financial statement in time

· Conduct month-end and year-end close process

· Collect , analyze and summarize account information

· Collating, checking and analyzing spreadsheet data, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements

· Examining company accounts and financial control systems

· Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable

· Identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made

· Preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements

· Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with

· Profit base management

· Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning

· Producing long-term business plans

· Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure

· Managing budgets

· Developing and managing financial systems/models

· Carrying out business modeling and risk assessments

· Supervising whole group expenses, such as wages, rents, overhead and etc

· Ensuring that assets are safeguarded

Requirements:

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree with emphasis in accounting, Master degree

· 1-2 years of experience in the international companies as a accauntant ,audit,  financial specialist or similar areas.

· Good background and experience with audit methodologies and techniques

· Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or similar will be considered a plus

· English language skill in academic level (IELTS or TOEFL is required)

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and databases

· Possessing strong mathematical knowledge

· Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

· Excellent written and oral communication ability

· Strong time management and organizational skills

· Reliability and strong work ethics
