Area Sales Manager ( Region)

Responsibilities:

·         To gather information on new market developments on a regular basis and report to head of unit.

·         To visit controlled dealer shops based on daily schedule.

·         To control the following during the visits: number sales and activation, sale of Bakcell products only, availability of wide range of telephones, suitable condition of the shop, knowledge of necessary information by dealer’s personnel, condition of Bakcell inside and outside advertisings.

·         To ensure and control that Bakcell products are sold at prices fixed by the company.

·         To ensure that dealer shops are in line with the company’s standards.

·         To ensure increase in the volume of sales.

·         To submit reports and proposals in order to increase the quality of sales.

·         To inform agents about set targets, ensure that agents follow the targets and take relevant measures depending on results.

·         To ensure that all products and services are demonstrated at Bakcell Agent stores.

·         To ensure that Agents submit all the necessary documents.

To gather information on competitors’ activities.

 

Requirements:

Education - Bacheloor degree

Language knoweledge - Azerbaijani and Russian - advanced, English -intermediate

Computer skills - MIcrosoft office programs

Experience -  3 years in related area  1 year of driving experience 

 

Managed areas will be Goychay, Ucar, Aghsu, Shamakha and Ismailly. We should  to hire employee from the mentioned areas. Goychay is more preferable.
