Role

Company is looking for Marketing Manager with ability to develop business and manage all marketing operations.

Companys a business is to distribute and sell different types of IT equipment. It is not a classical selling job but a solutions approach based on initiative, creativity and imagination to co-develop solutions for the clients, the successful candidate must have a business development and entrepreneurial  approach.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Developing and dealing with all organizational issues regarding marketing activities;

·         Coordinating marketing activities in the region assigned by headquarters;

·         Working over market analysis, developing and implementing yearly activity plan;

·         Responsible for SMM activities of the company;

·         Working closely with partners, build and maintain strong, effective relationships;

·         Running merchandising activities in the point of sale;

·         Preparing monthly newsletter, setting up proper information flow on existing and new products;

·         Carrying out presentations and masterclasses for the partners;

·         Supporting sales team in their activities by preparing relevant marketing activities;

·         Increase company brand awareness in the market;

·         Participation in stock planning;

·      Cooperation with purchasing, marketing and logistics departments

Requirements:

·         Graduate university degree. Major in Marketing or Business Administration is strong advantage;

·         Successful 3-years marketing experience is an advantage;

·         Fluency in written and spoken English is preferred;

·         Knowledge of IT market is highly welcomed;

·         Knowledge of principles, tools and basics of marketing is obligatory;

·         Confident and highly self-motivated, with strong entrepreneurial skills;

·         A good personality, professional conduct, articulate, good communication skills and a quick learner;

·         Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced work environment;

·         Ability to problem-solve and excellent organizational skills;

·         Ability to work independently and  cooperatively with team members;

·         Proficiency in hardware, software, other technology tools, and office equipment;

·         Strong leadership skills, result-oriented;
