Sales of products
Analysis and reporting
(1) Product Development
§ To upgrade current sales product assortment, remove non-effective ones, optimize others according to reviews from current sales products.
§ Assess the situation and develop new product that was created by costumer wishes, new technologies, change in legislation, and offers by marketing and sales team.
§ Define new target groups and develop new sales products suitable to them.
§ Define pricing of new products and develop monetization strategies
§ See potential monetization opportunity with merchants and create new products for this.
(2) Sales of products
§ Meet with key accounts and sign them up to festival and other products
§ Sign up potential sponsors and partners
§ Pitch potential customers for new business opportunities
§ End to end manage merchant connection process (including tax-free program, loyalty programs and campaigns)
§ Address customer queries in timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
(3) Product Marketing
§ Collect merchant wishes and prepare minimum marketing offer for merchants
§ Take part in preparation of marketing plans of products
§ Control timely execution of promised marketing offer
§ Organize joint marketing activities with merchants
(4) Analysis and reporting
§ Collect relevant merchant statistics and analyse them for proper alignment of products and strategies
§ Propose strategic changes to each festival strategies
§ Report regarding potential merchants and execution of sales plan
§ Collecting and reporting key statistics from merchants about results of festival
University education; economic, sales and marketing, business development background and experience are valued.
