  • Promote Agro LLC irrigation projects sales in Azerbaijan.
  • Identify potential medium and large size (50 ha or more) customers. Create base of potential customers.
  • Monitor Government decisions in different agriculture sectors with resulting to irrigation sales.
  • Initiate discussions with customers through calls, scheduled meetings and emails.
  • Maintain good working relationship with customers to ensure their attraction to Agro Projects sales.
  • Delivery project and budget details to customers provided from Aagro LLC.
  • Identify competitors.
  • Identify competitors price policy.
  • Identify competitors projects technical details.  

Note: For the beginning we will start with whole irrigation projects sales, which includes the project design itself, materials, master installation  and consultancy.

Master installation means sending  master to project and convey installation with customers workers and general management.  


  • High education, not specific. The technical education would be plus.
  • Able easy be proficient in new subject
  • Approachable, outgoing and diplomatic
  • A clear communicator, in person and writing
  • Able to present ideas with conviction
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • To be able to travel to the regions of Azerbaijan. Having Driving License B is plus
  • Dynamic, outgoing and result oriented sales person; 
  • Be target oriented;
  • Hard working, task-oriented, energetic, disciplined person;
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

About salary our decision is following: The income should consist two components

    1. Monthly salary about 800 -1000 USD

         2.Bonuses from sales. Really if sales manager will be smart sales will be much more than the salary
