Responsibilities:

• Grow profitable revenues and market share within the market.
• Lead ROI positive Company outreach efforts to customers, consumers and government.

• Systematization of the shops checkup reports from channel sales and Franchise;
• Control on Calculation and producing the categorization report for shops and distributors;
• Leading Subscriber Contract management process, delivery of contracts and submission to subscription team, feedback to distributors;
• Ensure channel member awareness level of Company products by ensuring the processes of training of dealers and Franchise employees
• Responsible for sales quality in channels and Franchise Centers;
• Leading all projects that is budgeted in business plan and aims to develop sales;
• Develop Campaign plans, ensure community special events are planned and executed effectively (maintenance of all related documentation: procedures, mails, agreements with partners, etc.);
• Responsible for preparation of systematization of distributors, dealers, shops information, data, statistics;
• Initiate / participate, delegate in deployment of new sales campaigns, based on company's strategy, department target, and etc.
• Participate in Sales programs to drive necessary traffic to a specific community in order to achieve sales goals per the business plan, support customer acquisition process
• Analyses of cost efficiency of projects, forecast, analysis and feasibility study for each case
• Coordination of project deployment from the initiation till launch, other departments' involvement in the process
• Contract Channel members and execute their file management
• Control channel member's sales and contract management and remuneration process;
• Conduct negotiations with current & potential clients regarding distribution, recommended sale price, sales team structure, profitability of operations, prober SKU range
• Be able to close & open distributors if necessary
• Meet sales volume & value targets
• Make proper changes in sales team structure to meet goals
• Meet coverage targets (according to Business Plan)

Requirements:

Education & Experience:
• At least two years' experience in retail sales
• Managerial experience not less than 2 years
• Practical Experience in direct sales team management
• Practical Experience in distributors' management
• Good in dealing with figures
• University degree in Economics & Marketing or related field (preferable);
• Written and oral competency in Azeri, Russian and English;
• Strong computer skills in word processing, excel and PowerPoint;

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Advantage market knowledge, commercial acumen, with a clear view of the end-to-end processes required to deliver the organizations Sales and Support objectives.
• Strong and professional, highly developed written and verbal communication skills, presentable at C-Level.
• Proven record of accomplishment in managing and developing high performance teams with the ability to lead and motivate
• Very good understanding of Telecommunications technologies and the market place.
• Effective customer relationship management experience
• Proven ability as self-motivated and driven with excellent organizational skills
• "One Team" approach with the ability to work in co-operation & collaboration with others to achieve organizational objectives.
