HSE Training Officer

Responsibilities:

 Assist HSE Training Coordinator with HSE annual/periodic training plan according to the organization's HSE requirements, in coordination with the Project HSE Manager, concerned business unit and the training development;
 Delivering training to the concerned departments regarding training plans, venues, attendees etc.;
 Define / develop tools / method in order to monitor the effectiveness of the course delivered;
 Standardize the HS E training course catalogue;
 Conduct HSE awareness to new employees;
 Assist HSE Training Coordinator in the training efficiency by analysing outcome and recommending improvements;
 Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements;
 Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior within his/her technical capabilities.

Education:

Work Experience:

Knowledge of Languages: Higher education

3-5 years of experience in a similar position within Oil and gas industry

English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent)

Other Skills/Certificates Required:
 Experience in delivering HSE training courses. Capability to prepare and conduct induction and HSE training courses;
 Knowledge of main principles of the HSE Management system;
 Knowledge of local HSE legislation and main technical rules with focus especially on safety issues as well as main important international standards on HSE management system;
 Good planning and organizational skills;

 

Position Info: Work Location: Base Office (30 km away from the city centre)
Position Schedule: ASAP, 1 year (renewable)
