Responsibilities:

Certified partner of OTIS Elevators and Escalators in Azerbaijan, ORIONLIFT LLC announces vacancy for Sales assistant (Sales Support) position

•• Assisting Sales Engineers and Sales Function Head.

• Analyzing costs and sales.

• Coordinating sales projects.

• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.

• Update all records as per procedure.

• Upkeep of all manuals.

• Estimate all standard jobs.

• Preparing and submitting quotations and commercial offers.

• Preparing supply and installation contracts

• Preparing and submitting Layout Requests to Regional Office for required jobs. • Sending request to Regional Office for obtaining prices for special optional items / special equipment / catalogues / samples & follow up.

• Coordinating with Regional Office on matters related to technical design and finishes.

• Coordinating with Logistics companies, if required.

• Placing P/O to regional office

• Giving shipping instructions to Regional Office, follow-up the logistics procedures, tracing the goods and regularly updating Customers

Requirements:

• University degree in technical or economical field.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills in English and excellent in Azerbaijani are mandatory (superiority will be given to persons who know Russian as well)
• Computer-literate; MS Office programs - Outlook, Excel, Word, Power point are mandatory (Superiority will be given to AutoCAD literate persons)

• Experience is not mandatory, superiority will be given to fresh graduates

 

Salary: starting from 400 AZN for first six months
