Sales Specialist – IT Training Solutions

Responsibilities:

·         Develop the company’s customer base for IT-related training solutions;

·         Conduct market assessment to understand the need for the products line;

·         Support and advise the product development team on preparation of training packages and bundles;

·         Translate market requirements for training solutions into viable products in partnership with the products development team;

·         Support and advise the administrative team on the training schedules;

·         Hold regular client meetings, establish sales pipeline and lead the sales efforts of the Company;      

·         Follow local and international trends to maintain high profile of training solutions provided on the market;        

·         Regularly assess the Company’s products line to maintain competitive advantage;

·         Participation in the strategic planning of sales efforts of the Company;

·         Prepare monthly sales reports based on management requirements;

·         Assess and define potential risks for sales;

·         Participate in developing marketing and communication of products;

·         Execute marketing activities in line with the approved budget.

Requirements:

·         Practical experience and track record in sales in corporate and/or FMCG sectors;

·         Higher education in Business or Economics;

·         Language skills: Azerbaijani and Russian – perfect, English – higher intermediate;

·         Relevant work experience – minimum 2 years;

·         Microsoft Office skills;

·         Ability to work on CRM and ERP systems is an advantage;

·         Strong presentation skills;

·         Demonstrated teamwork skills;

·         Ability to determine prioritize targets;

·         Experience in project management;
