Customer Manager will report to Modern Trade Manager


Job Description:

To plan and develop promotion strategies and activities plan for the Key account to achieve the sales / profitable target
To implement the promotion plan with right pricing, good distribution and merchandising display and to ensure the successful launch of company's new products
To develop accurate sales projection based on sales trend, activities and objective
To evaluate, analyze the market/sales information to plan and execute sales/profit target
To negotiate with customers on promotion and other business plans for mutual benefits
To conduct business review with senior management of the assigned accounts and
monitor business progress
To build good business relationship with key stakeholders in assigned account


Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years in key account management
Good analytical skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good Interpersonal skills
Aggressive and persistent
Result oriented
Able to work under pressure and willing to take challenges
Fluent in Azeri and Russian, good in English
