Responsibilities:

1.0 Duties / Vəzifələri:

1.1 Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
1.2 Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
1.3 Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
1.4 Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
1.5 Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
1.6 Prepare and manage inspection forms to ensure finished work quality
1.7 Conduct and document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
1.8 Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
1.9 Collect and compile statistical quality data
1.10 Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
1.11 Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
1.12 Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
1.13 Identify training needs to meet quality standards
1.14 Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
1.15 Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
1.16 Monitor risk management activities
1.17 Responsible for document management systems
1.18 Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

Responsibilities / Məsuliyyətləri:
-  Responsible for maintaining confidential information and company secrets;
- Responsible for the implementation of duties , the timely and efficient implementation of orders and decrees by the Project Manager and Executive Director that is defined by this "job description";
Responsible for submitted to him inventory in accordance with handover act and materials responsibility contract;
- To follow the labor discipline and internal disciplinary rules;
-  Responsible for following the labor protection, safety, sanitation and fire protection norms and rules and other job functions provided by this description.

Requirements:

Knowledge & Skills / Bilik və Bacarıqları:
- To plan resources and time schedule;
- To implement quality
control and monitor the implementation
- To report on the process results and evaluate the result;
- To identify performance indicators and measures of quality assurance;
- To inform, instruct and implement worker training to staff of the relevant
field;
- To carry out an internal campaign works related to knowledge of quality information
- To have written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English.

Job Requirements / Vəzifə tələbləri:
- Təhsil/Education : Ali /Higher
- İş stajı/Job Experience : Ən azı 2-3 il/At least 2-3y
- Dil biliyi/Language skills : Azərbaycan, Rus, İnglis dili Səviyyə/Level : Əla/Fluent
- Kompüter biliyi/Computer Skills : MS Office, Outlook Səviyyə/Level : Yaxşı/Intermediate
