Manage air/train ticket, hotel bookings, car rental as required and provide related information to involved offices/people;
Assists personnel in completing travel forms and other business transactions pertaining to travel;
Arrange for transfer and accommodation for arriving or departing personnel;
Daily update of Personnel Movement register;
Coordinate with finance department to invoice travellers for personal travel costs, including following up the completion and verification of personal expense forms;
Assess requests for permits / consular VISAs and complete the procedures if required;
Collect, verify all invoices related to Travel Services function;
Cooperate with relevant HR functions to maintain Incomers' Booklet up to date;
Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements;
Perform other related duties as assigned by Superior.
Education: Higher education
Years of Working Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within Oil and Gas Industry;
Knowledge of Languages: English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian (advantage).
Strong Azerbaijani & English language proficiency and high level of computer skills including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, set priorities and work both independently and in a team environment;
Professional oral and written communication skills;
High level of cultural sensitivity;
Strong attention to details;
Excellent customer service skills;
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner;
