Responsibilities:

Official distributor and certified subcontractor of OTIS Elevator Company in Azerbaijan, ORIONLIFT LLC is looking for position sales engineer

▪ Responsible for sales activities for Azerbaijan.

▪ Sending request to Principals/Regional Office (Russia) for obtaining prices for special optional items / special equipment / catalogues/samples & follow up.
▪ Preparing, submitting weekly/monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual sales reports and forecast to Principals/Regional Office (Russia).
▪ Updating competitor information and assess competitor activities.
▪ On request, assisting consultants/owners by providing traffic analysis, tender specifications and design details enabling them to decide on proper VT equipment and its model for the projects under design.
▪ Receiving tender enquiries, studying and preparation of quotation.
▪ Submitting the quotations and following up.
▪ Negotiating and concluding contracts with the customers.
▪ Following up with customers/consultants for getting the layout drawings approved and finalizing the specifications and finishes and placing order for materials.
▪ Preparing and submitting negotiation results and all above mentioned reports to Sales Manager/COO.
▪ Coordinating with Regional Office (Russia) on matters related to design.

Requirements:

• University degree in technical or economical field.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills in English and excellent in Azerbaijani are mandatory (superiority will be given to persons who know Russian as well)
• Computer-literate; MS Office programs - Outlook, Excel, Word, Power point are mandatory (Superiority will be given to AutoCAD literate persons)
• Experience is not mandatory, superiority will be given to fresh graduates
