2. Assures coherent guidelines, policies and procedures related to human resources

3. Coordinates recruiting and search services according to the management requirements and in line of the HR planning

4. Continuous analysis of the local and international staff and its evolution in terms of qualitative and quantitative availability and opportunities for the company professional skill

5. Optimizes the distribution of the human resources among the various activities, in line with the evolution of the business

6. Preparation of all HR related reports, effective functioning of the payroll system and consistent fulfillment of its procedures. Responsible for data input relating to changes in salaries, working time, bonus payments, vacation, etc. Carries out special tasks pertaining to salary analysis

7. Coordinates clerical duties such as document processing, record keeping and report compilation

8. Maintains and update records for control purposes. Support processes observing the Company procedures. Supports human resources activities respecting sizing, occupational and staffing plans

9. Responsible for keeping HR documentation in compliance with labor law requirements and corporate standards. Control HR orders and special HR forms preparation in compliance with legislative standards. Responsible for keeping individual personnel records.

10. Preparing and revising HR procedures and practices. Processing of resources reporting to the management

11. Administering performance evaluation process, Implementation of the nationalization plan/ coordination of processes with respective personnel on this plan


More than 5 year experience on supervision position in HR area

Fluent in English, Azeri and Russian
