Responsible for deeper Engagement with Customers, for managing the business relationship with the designated Modern Trade Customers and delivering against both CP and Customer objectives.

- Build a strong partnership and strong collaboratively working relationships with Modern Trade Customers.

- Understands the Customer's objectives, key strategies, concept, competitors and shopper targets.

- Fully understand market / competitor intelligence and identify opportunities.

- Develop and agreement on business plan that aligns CP objectives and strategies and with Customer's objectives and strategies.

- Close Cooperation with Shopper Activation Team to create Planogram, right Assortment, Visibility plan and etc. by Customer/Store.

- Infinite giving and seeking feedback to Shopper Activation and Field Teams.

- Negotiation and align T&C, Activity plan, Planogram, Assortment, POP/Visibility plan and etc. with Modern Trade Customers.

- Timely and clear communication Field Team about aligned T&C, activities, POP plans, planogram, assortment and etc. with Customers to ensure relentless execution.

- Co-ordinate execution with RCDM/Field Supervisor.


Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years in key account management
Good analytical skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good Interpersonal skills
Aggressive and persistent
Result oriented
Able to work under pressure and willing to take challenges
Fluent in Azeri and Russian, good in English
