Job Description

Responsibilities :

Defining performance management strategy, methods & policies . Controlling of target setting, commissioning & incentivation for individual sales channels 
Control on the defining and implementation of base salary, bonus and benefits package according to the current policy of the company and labor law (for staff and out staff employees)
Right implementation of Total Reward strategy, policy and procedures. Control of job evaluation, grading and PayBand systems
Payroll process supervision (for staff and out-staff)
Labor relations management in accordance with local legislation and control over all registraton processes in HCM 
The authority to sign on behalf of President vacation, busines trip and overtime forms, salary references and requisitions (ID and e-card)  
Control of entering related actions to E-gov system

Requirements :

5+ years of specialized payroll, compensation and benefits experience
5+ years’ experience of leading and management
Strong budgeting and finance skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with payroll software (SAP preferable)
Strong knowledge of goverment regulations 
Fluent in Russian & English – both written an oral.
