Job Description

Responsibilities :

Achieves marketing objectives by contributing marketing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Meets marketing objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Accomplishes marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs.
Works with Marketing Agencies in all the phases of preparation and execution of campaigns, new product lunches, on preparation of briefs as well as analysis of effectiveness. 
Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
constantly improves its skills through the existing required and optional training programs in the Company, and reading professional publications; improves and develops knowledge of antitrust laws of the Country;
provides timely and accurate registration of all prescribed reports and other working documents;
Keeps confidentiality regarding commercial secrets and information obtained while carrying out its duties in the Company, including information related and about Company, its affiliates and Customers;
Compiles with labour regulations, and the requirements set by other internal regulations and acts of the Company;
Complies with the legislation of the Country, while carrying out its duties in the Company.

Experience and Qualifications:

Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Internet;
Experience in marketing (5 or more years);
University Degree (Marketing preferable);
Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
