The Sales manager will develop and will foster the relationship between Company and Trade and Project Clients in Azerbaijan region.
He will link Project and Trade customers when it comes to commercial offering.
He will use his understanding of the local traditions and specifics of Project business to further improve Company'’s position, brand perception and market share in this segment.
His main goal is to consult decision makers, architects, designers and developers, thus developing Company’s position as partner of choice.
He will continue a development of network of Point of Sales (POS) with Companny's products.
He will search for new dealers and distribute partners on market of Azerbaijan
Collect information about market shape, competition situation
Assist for Technical trainer in seminars and training preparation.
International and local Fairs and Exhibitions.
Analysis and preparation for Company participations as well.
- Acquisition and maintaining trade and project clients, customers
- Categorizing the clients according to potential and
decision making power
- Build up Customer Database for Project Clients in territory (C4C)
- Determining frequency of contact
- Support deciders in Specification Process
o Provide Submittal Documents
o Coordinate with sub dealer and wholesaler to
provide commercial offers
- Ensure clients are equipped with latest marketing collateral
- Define needs of customers and inform management about the
market specific requirements
- Implement participation of Company in markets and POS
- Sales control
- Seminars and training organisation
- Launch new products
o Provide Samples and Marketing Collateral
o Define the product gaps in the assortment and put requirements forward to management
- Observe the market and benchmark competition on products, pries, marketing tools etc.
Key Performance indicators (KPI):
- New inputs in C4C
- Number of new Point of Sales (POS) acquired
- Sales Growth of existing POS
