Responsibilities :
• Building professional networking and fulfilling the full-cycle of search, selection, and recruitment
• Conducting screening, interviewing and assessing candidates
• Coordination of interviews with hiring managers of clients
• Development of job profiles for opening positions
• Monthlyy reporting
• Participation in other relevant HR projects
Requirements :
• Higher education
• Proven recruitment experience and knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle and various attraction and selection techniques
• Upper Intermediate or above level of English and Russian is a must
• Strong communication and team playing skills
• Ability to multitask, change management & planning skills
• Ability to work in diverse and fast pace environment, goal and result-oriented person
• Good knowledge of MS Office and applications
