Responsibilities :

Roles and Responsibilities
Event management
- In close collaboration with respective departments put together yearly event plan of Company, including exhibitions, conferences, and customer events
- Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets
- Research venues and help negotiate space and locations options
- Manage and coordinate suppliers and contractors for each event to ensure timely delivery of services including catering, travel, staff planning and attendance 
- Plan and track budget of event plan
- Coordinate content creation and design of stands to be exhibited at industry events
- Ensure event is completed smoothly, on time, within budget and handle enquirers and provide troubleshooting capacity at the event 
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
- Support exhibition team with required print & promotional materials
- Liaise with sales and marketing to publicize and promote event
- Manage the staff and provide daily team briefings
- Oversee the installation and dismantling  of the event 
- Analyze the event’s success, provide post evaluation feedback and offer solutions to improve for future events 

Internal Communications 
- Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior management 
- In close collaboration with respective departments, redesign current intranet and social network of the company to meet current needs of employees
- Use intranet and social media to communicate to staff internally 
- Come up with ideas to activate social network of the company 
- Organize employee engagement events (such as town-halls, celebrations, CEO breakfasts, employee briefings, etc.)
- Deliver presentation at events 
- Draft messages or scripts from senior managers 
- Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
- Plan edit and write content for a variety of internal communications media , such as staff intranet, monthly meetings or bi annual townhall meetings, internal communication screens 
- Ensure internal messages are consistent with external communication messaging and are consistent across all mediums
- Handle the internal response to any crisis situations and coordinate with senior executives 
- Advise senior executives of any developments throughout the organization
- Come up with new solutions for taking internal communications of the company the next level

Requirements :

Required Skills 
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, communications 
- Degree/certification in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is an advantage
- Experience in content creation 
- Knowledge on event marketing, industry exhibitions, and conferences 
- Must speak and write fluent English and have experience of managing and coordinating major international events
- Must be able to communicate to a high level in Azeri and English 
- Must be able to create and write content
- Should be self-motivated and a self-starter
