Business Title: Assistant Brand Manager

Reports to: BM (Kzk based)
Function: Marketing

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to contribute to our company’s marketing and sales objectives. You will lead the implementation of our marketing strategy. As Assistant Brand Manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of marketing processes to provide innovative ideas for products promotion. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.

You will build your marketing muscle. It’s a job full of opportunities and challenges; a role where you can put your mark on the business of the future.

Responsibilities :

Key Deliverables
Looking for New Product Development opportunities for the local market,
Contacting with BD teams and Russian marketing teams,
Market analysis and white space opportunities, 
Supporting with Business Case calculation and volumes estimations,
Competitor reviewing,
Giving support to sales team during the listing process.
Consumer and market analysis
Media Planning
Event Planning
Customer Marketing (POP Materials design development, POP Material quality check)

Requirements :

2-3 + years of working experience in Brand Marketing in FMCG sector
Experience in Central Asia would be great, but at least AZB operational knowledge is a must 
Languages: Professional English
Strong marketing skills, negotiation skills and communication skills
Analytical, result/business oriented and energetic personality 
Creative and a strategic thinker 
Bias for action – a strong CAN-DO attitude
Accountability & Responsibility 
Entrepreneurial mindset (to lead projects end to end with ownership)
