Job title: Marketing Communications Leading Specialist

As Marketing Communications Leading Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall content strategy based on specific goals and objectives of the company.

Responsibilities :

Roles and Responsibilities
Write clear, clean, concise, and compelling copies of the company and its brands that are in line with the brand’s tone of voice;
Write, edit and develop sales-oriented and customer-oriented advertising for the needs of digital and print campaigns;
Produce compelling advertising copy for Search and web banners, Social Media Posts, articles, newsletters, press releases, email marketing messages, white papers, case studies, content for company presentations and surveys, website copy about the products, services, projects and commercial activities of company and its brands;
Contribute to blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote company offering and to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers;
Produce smart CTAs according to the visitor lifecycle stage;
Writing scripts for promotional videos;
Use SEO principles to maximize the reach of the content;
Conduct interviews and draft speeches following organizational news;
Contribute to the development of influencer marketing strategy;
Work in close co-operation with the Digital marketing professionals to ensure that the produced content is aligned with the overall goals of a digital marketing campaign;
Collaborate with designers, product managers, business development and sales professionals, influencers, industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience;
Together with designers source imagery and other visual assets for developing appealing communication assets;
Develop creative briefs and collaborate with external companies on creation of advertising assets (video ad, web banners, etc.);
Keep up with the latest market trends in content marketing, research and track competition for the tone of voice and content marketing strategy;
Contribute the development of the content marketing strategy for the company and its brands;
Compliance with the corporate code of the company;
Adhere to the internal policies and procedures;

Requirements :

Required Skills 
3+ years of related experience writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred;
Excellent English, Azerbaijani and Russian-language communication skills, both written and verbal;
Academic writing skills, especially in writing press releases, articles and speech writing;
Ability to understand, easily grasp technical content.
