Responsibilities :


Recruitment and selection of staff:

Working with the database of candidates, creating a staff reserve

Placement of vacancies, search for resumes in Internet sources according to job profiles

Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, closing vacancies on time

Adaptation of staff:

Monitoring and control of onboarding process and probation period of employees

Welcome trainings

Active work related to maintaining the corporate spirit and culture of the company

Corporate events and activities aimed at maintaining and strengthening the corporate culture

Proposal and elaboration of ideas with their further implementation to increase the involvement of the young team

Performance appraisal

Implementation of the training and development system

Requirements :

Higher education
Work experience in a similar position at least 3 years
Proficiency in Russian. English at Intermediate level
Developed communication skills, high efficiency, analytical mindset, high level of self-organization, ability to work in multitasking mode.
Desire to develop and grow in the HR field
