Responsible for the end-to-end operations, from fulfillment to delivery;
Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the operations team, store managers, drivers, and couriers to guarantee operational excellence;
Focus on the continuous improvement of overall e-commerce operations;
Review the work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to meet the overall fulfillment and delivery objectives;
Watch, measure, and improve warehouse and delivery operations regularly and create and implement plans to improve the overall performance and customer satisfaction.
Several years of operations management experience in sales industry;
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems under pressure;
Performing well in a deadline-driven environment Experience in leading a team;
Ability to think both strategically and operationally with an eye for detail;
A hands-on, proactive, practical, pragmatic attitude;
Excellent command of the local language and good proficiency in English is required.
