Job Description

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement commercial strategy of the  Company with respect to its existing business, products and customer services;
Lead the development and deployement of key processes and procedures supporting functions  Procerument, Supply Chain, Trading (Oil&Gas related commodities and equipment) and ensuring the processes are aligned with the industry expexctations;
Build and maintain relationships with customers at the highest level and lead business development initiatives with key clients and other international operators in the region;
Lead development of the Company’s marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth;
Look at options to broaden and deepen the existing business portfolios, create new partnerships with international servcie providers and suppliers;
Drive efficiencies to ensure contracts remain financially viable and delivered on budget
Responsible for overseeing staff, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that deadlines are met
Set in place and manage the relevant business processes and procedures to be compliant with international practices and standards to contribute to the Company efforts in building process driven organistaion
Ensure that all business activities comply with legal regulations, ethics and policies regarding general duties and management
Be responsible for the day to day delivery and monitoring of the Regional Business Development Strategy;
Work with the region’s partners to generate and convert business development opportunities, cultivate target relationships and develop action oriented targeting plans/sales funnels;
Lead the preparation of viable bids, proposals for incremental growth and new business across the region;
Lead development of the Company’s marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth;
Look at options to broaden and deepen the existing business portfolios, create new partnerships with international servcie providers and suppliers;
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators;
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team;
Drive efficiencies to ensure contracts remain financially viable and delivered on budget;

Requirements :

Requirements:

Master’s degree in a related field;
Proficiency in Azeri, Russian and English languages;
At least 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience (3 - 5 of them in the leading role);
Good leadership and management skills;
Decision-making skills;
Strong communication skills;
Strategic thinking.
