Job Description

In this exciting and versatile position, you will manage and develop Company’s retail business for Home & Garden products in the various relevant retail channels to achieve sales budget and profitability. After creating a critical mass, you will be in charge of your own team of sales representatives/promoters and ensuring their sales achievement as well as drive the business towards market leadership for Company in Azerbaijan. 

Responsibilities :

• Dealer & Retail Chain Sales Development with focus on sell out.
• Promote the full line of products and accessories to the relevant market segment. 
• Acquire new accounts in addition to developing existing accounts through customer and product/product mix penetration.
 • Ensure payments and accounts receivables are kept strictly to approve limits, days outstanding and cash on delivery, as the case may be. 
• Timely preparation and submission of sales reports.
• Develop new strategies and innovative solutions for the business to achieve department targets. 
• Organize and provide product trainings for sales teams of partners to increase level of competence.

Marketing Support
 • Participate in company-organized fairs, road shows, seminars and exhibitions. 
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department on distribution and dissemination of product and marketing information to dealers and customers. 
• To provide prompt feedback on market information, trends and competitor’s activities. 
• Actively support all marketing activities, sales campaigns and promotions for maximum impact and success. 
• Improve and maintain brand image above and below the lines. 

Leadership & Training
 • Participate in sales, product, application and technical training, constantly striving to improve personal selling skills and success. 
• Lead a team of sales representatives/promoters, helping them to reach their targets and ultimately achieving the department targets. 
• Develop strong inter-personal relations with team members and across the organization.

Customer Relationship 
• Conscientiously and continuously build strong customer bonding and relationships. 
• Attend promptly and professionally to customer’s and dealer’s complaints. 
• Assist in recommending customer credit lines and resolve any credit discrepancies. 

• Conduct and carry out special assignments in accordance with the instructions of the General Manager. 

Requirements :

• A Diploma or Degree with related work experience. 
• Sales orientated with at least 3 years of managerial work experience in B2C and B2B, strong track record of direct sales excellence and team performance management. 
• Expertise and experience in managing in a multinational business environment. 
• Expertise and experience in developing sales channels, both retail and ecommerce. 
• Able to think constructively and strategically with an analytical mindset in steering business growth. 
• Strong customer orientation 
• Able to perform pro-actively and independently, also under pressure.
