Job Description
Responsibilities :
Key responsibilities are:
1) Product management & Business strategy:
• Product & Solution Management
• Project Coordination from starting till commercial launch
• Preparing business requirements Document, Business plan, Roadmap, Brief.
• Collection and analysis of internal and external customer experience on product and services and make relevant changes
• Introduce, develop and revise offerings / solutions for set targets and objectives
• Develop go-market-scenarios and provide pricing for product and services
• Coordinate arrangements regarding startup and expiry dates of products and campaigns;
• Arrange Contracts, NDA, internal Orders and Amendments with service providers and 3rd parties.
• Assist in developing and implementing Section’s strategy
2) Business analysis:
• Provide analysis on product, service and solutions
• Make feasibility analysis of offerings based on product life cycle
• Provide coordination to achieve set targets and objectives within section, department and company
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Analysis of customer experience and NPS results
• Analysis on product, service and solutions
• Market research and competitor anlysis
• Work with 3rd parties for product and services
3) Campaign management :
• Introduce, develop, implement and revise campaigns for customer retention and acquisition
4) Customer experience management :
• Collection of internal and external customer requests and complaints on product and solutions and implementation of relevant changes .
• Understand the customer’s business requirements and drivers and create compelling proposal and bid material
Requirements :
Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:
• Bachelor or Master in Business/Marketing/Strategy/Finance related discipline;
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate sphere. Experience in Telecom is an advantage;
• Proven technological skills and last trend awareness in IT and Telco;
• Settled analytical skills & quantitative background with ability to deliver insightful ideas;
• Written and spoken language skills in Azerbaijani, English & Russian languages;
• MS Excel and knowledge of its enhanced functionalities;
• Experience using statistical analysis software, tools;
• MS PowerPoint and knowledge of its enhanced functionalities;
• MS Word and knowledge of its enhanced functionalities.
