Requirements:
∙ 8+ years’ experience in technology (e.g. software development, architecture)
∙ 5+ years management / leadership experience
∙ Experience working in agile teams, familiarity with the mindset and terminology
∙ Previous hands-on experience working through the design, development, release cycles and delivering mobile applications to market
∙ Experience with tech-stack (e.g. Microservices, Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, Node.js, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ etc.)
∙ In-depth understanding of financial services and payments industries, including issuer and acquirer payment systems
∙ Experience in aligning multiple strategies and ideas to workable solutions
∙ Excellent analytical and time-management skills
∙ Confident in producing and presenting work with excellent verbal and written communication skills
