• Plan and direct work of subordinate staff in field of Electrical Maintenance, Automation, Instrumentation
• Ensure continuous training and development of subordinates
• Preparation of various maintenance work plans and control of its implementation
• Elimination of electrical/electronic malfunctions during emergency shutdowns
• Preparation of the appropriate annual budget and control of the use of expenses
• Reduces Maintenance costs, minimizes the unscheduled equipment downtime.
• Provides constant monitoring to make sure maintenance activities are in line with annual budget
• Applies corrective measures to solve the problems that appear.
• Preparation of reports related to electrical and electronics and automation
• Preparation of the list of electrical and electronics/automation works to be done by the subcontractors and control of works execution
• Managing Projects in a field of Electrical and Automation
• Design, calculation, selection of electrical and automation equipment
• Selection and purchasing of spare parts
• Responsible for the safe and healthy working environment within the unit
Requirements :
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in electronics and automation engineering
• 7+ years of relevant maintenance work experience, including at least 2 years on lead positions
• Technical knowledge of process control and Industrial automation systems
• Knowledge of PLC system
• Knowledge of process coordination protocols
• Technical information about DCS
• Advanced skills in MS Office suite
• Proficient user of English language
