Job Description

Overall Job Objective:

This position works cross-functionally across field force, sales and product marketing teams with the primary objective of enabling leadership to make effective, analytically driven and strategic operating decisions.

Responsibilities :

Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Standardize, create, manage and provide weekly reports and analysis of the market sensing data and insights collected from Field Force retail team, including promoters, merchandisers and retail specialists.  Reports to be prepared for weekly discussion within Sales and Marketing teams. 
- Review and submit budgets, target setting and bonus calculations for Field Force Team to ensure proper funding is allocated based on internal approval processes.
- Manage in-store communication including promotion highlight via POS and digital means of communication through discussion with partners and internal teams, as well as control of execution via regular store visits.
- Training app traction gaining in collaboration with trainers and new motivation programs development for floor sales managers.
- Become an expert on the data available to Company and how to interpret it
- Generate data visualizations along with insights from analysis to support our business operations. Benchmarking and continuous learning will be necessary.
- Empower members of the team within the parts with data driven insights to make more effective decisions. This can range from performance analysis of pricing, competitor activity, store performance details and SKU optimization.
- Coordinate with supporting functions across organization as necessary to drive team goals.
- Be suited to following set processes, multi-tasking and delivering to tight schedules.
- Other assignments as needed.

Requirements :


Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
• Strong analytical skills to work on complex issues where in-depth analysis of the data is required.
• Wide range of experience to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
• High Communication/Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers
• Advanced Excel and Power Point skills are required
• Results driven
