Job Description

Responsibilities :

Developing relationships with existing and prospective customers;
Provision of operational support and advice to management and staff in relation to chartering and contract management;
Implementation of policies and procedures (as may be required) for optimization of contract administration process and business strategy of the Company;
Provision of support to Commercial manager, contributing to the development of strategies, plans and priorities, and identifying opportunities to leverage value or mitigate risk from changes in markets;
Commercial negotiations, risk mitigation and contract execution, ensuring the appropriate business involvement at all stages of the process;
Due diligence in mitigating all risks in contract execution;
Communication with potential customers on availability of the services by the company;
Maintaining and updating valid status of Company in the relevant qualification (vendor management) systems of existing and potential customers, ensuring that Company is able to participate in the events (tenders) and administer existing contract via respective qualification system;
Regular review and updates of contract administration system for ensuring optimization of cost effectiveness of the services provided to customers.

Requirements :

Essential requirements:
Azerbaijani citizenship
University degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field (international certification/ diploma is an advantage) 
Min 3 years’ experience (preferences: Marine and/or Oil & Gas industry)
ERP system knowledge like SAP is an additional advantage
Fluency Azeri and English, knowledge of Russian is an additional advantage.
