Job Description

Responsibilities :

Related to Procurement Specialist: 

Perform preparation of the bidding related documents; 
Contact vendors for getting necessary information for vendor preliminary registration;
Contact vendors for participating in the quotation/bidding process;
Perform both marketing and admin parts for procurement;
Review and keep updated all Admin and MKTG service agreements;
Proceed process in internal bidding and quotation management system in accordance with Company Policies;
Register vendors in internal system as necessary;
Assisting in documents collection for bank details change as required

Requirements :

Experience and Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience procurement;
Knowledge of MS office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point);
Fluency in English, Azeri and Georgian (Knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
Experience in ERP systems would be an asset;
Basic knowledge in Marketing would be an asset;
Clear work with documentation.
