Job Description

Responsibilities :

•              Provides full life cycle recruitment support with a strong focus on sourcing, interviewing and assessing candidates.
•              Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects with minimal instruction / supervision.
•              Ensure accurate job advertisement posting of open positions through local contacts and through online resources.
•              Analyze past initiatives and results to identify new sourcing channels;
•              Conduct pre-screening calls;
•              Coordinate interviews with hiring managers;
•              Fill in the CVs data base and recruitment status to Applicants Tracking System;
•              Provide weekly written reports/status updates of recruiting activities for all positions to the HR and hiring managers.
•              Guide and support candidates through the selection process.
•              Assures that the hiring process is completed on a timely basis, by following all company policies
•            Support HR Manager in onboarding process and collecting documents required for hiring. 

Requirements :

Proficiency in Russian+Azerbaijani language- must
Strong communication skills 
English is strong benefit
Experience in retail, horeca, fmcg, fashion, it. 
Experience in recruitment minimum 2 years.
