Job Description

HR & Administration Manager you will provide support in recruiting and engagement in order to recruit, develop and retain the quality and quantity of employees needed for local operations and implementing Company personnel policies and practices.
We are looking for someone who has excellent organizational skills, dedicated person who can multitask and the ability to prioritize workloads with a desire to learn new skills.

Responsibilities :

Support the activity of the office in HR related issues
HR support (recruitment, adaptation, corporate culture, HR admin)
Assist to Head of Office in administration works;
Business Development support (involvement in client negotiations, client acquisition, attending meetings, drafting proposals to potential clients etc.);

Requirements :

Relevant higher education;
Work experience in HR & Administration sphere - min 3 years; 
Experience in Recruiting is an added advantage;
Knowledge of next HR processes: recruitment, adaptation, personnel administration, work with the corporate culture;
Practical skills in working with legislation in the field of personnel management.
Experience in an international company is an advantage
Knowledge of Azerbaijan and English languages are must but knowledge Russia is additional advantage
Strong organizational skills, result oriented, open-minded, flexible, good communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of the Labor Legislation of Azerbaijan
Personal qualities: leadership, responsibility, resistance to stress, ability to work in a multitasking mode.

5 day working week from Monday-Friday from 09:00-18:00
Official employment according to the Labor Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan
