• Attend calls and meetings; capture actions and maintain action list to ensure follow up;
• Assists upper management with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments;
• Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concern addressed to the upper management, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response;
• Prioritizes conflicting matters; handling them expeditiously, proactively, and following through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures;
• Undertake special projects under the supervision of upper management and perform other duties as needed.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent:
• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word);
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized;
• Fluent language skills (Azerbaijani, English, Russian);
