Ensuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

Responsible for the managing on planning vehicle routes.

The individual will follow and maintain all the Companies Policies and Procedures.

Liaising and negotiating with outsourced company, vendors and subcontractors for proper transportation and custom clearance.

Responsible for managing outsourced logistic plans, transportation due to provision sufficient approach for customer services.

Responsible for monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.

Responsible for the managing on set up and implement standard operating procedures for all outsourced logistic operations in a continuous improvement approach.

Developing business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.

The employee shall follow the requirements of the Company Health, Safety and Environmental Policy and any Additional safety requirements that may be placed.

To ensure the safety and security of the warehouse, including the prevention of any fraudulent attempts, the integrity of goods, materials, equipment and etc.;

Coordinate implementation of the scrap list, obsolete and surplus assets as report - quarterly; illuminate the reasons.

Identify list of repairable and non-repairable assets.

Assist on making the inventory reports for evaluations and working under the direction of the management.

The employee shall follow the requirements of the Company Health, Safety and Environmental Policy and any Additional safety requirements that may be placed.

The employee is responsible to perform any tasks within the frames of his job description assigned by employer at any premises, WH, facilities belonging to employer or any third party (Under “any third party”, it’s understood to be any legal or physical entities having contracted by employer). 

Fulfillment of other responsibilities assigned by the management.

 Managing and negotiation on CLAIM issues for quick resolution with suppler and staff.

Reduction and Disposal or sales of slow move, old, and faulty goods

Travelling to Business trip to regions if required.

Specific areas of expertise:  

Previous experience of import-export operations. 

Min. 8 years of Experience in managing projects;

min. 5 years of Experience in implementing projects.

Language and computer programs knowledge

Azeri, English, Russian languages skills

Microsoft Office

Knowledge of Incoterms 2010.
