Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities
Supports Assets and Functions across the upstream organization to improve their QHSE performance
Owner of the QHSE improvement plan (Oversees and directs administration of corporate health, safety and environmental programs)
Ensure QHSE performance is part of performance discussions at all levels in the upstream organization (provide appropriate data and ensure relevant QHSE champions are in the room
Developing QHSE Training programs to train for all levels ( employees, supervisors, management)
Disseminate incidents learnings
Provide QHSE expertise for hazard and risk analysis in the assets and functions, and, if required, for on site QHSE supervision
Owns the QHSE corporate policies, standards and procedures across upstream
Develops, and evaluates and improve these policies, standards and procedure
Oversees surveys, audits, incident investigations, and gathers information and data as required
Maintains records, reports, data and document hat are required to meet corporate, client or regulatory requirements, and which are the basis of objective HSE performance discussion in the assets and functions
Effectively leads a team of QHSE professionals by developing talent and cultivating a high-performance culture
