Job Description

Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning:
Collaborate with the Manager of the Company to identify education project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Ensure that project plans align with the overall strategic vision of the Company.
2. Project Development:
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including educators, subject matter experts, and administrative staff, to develop educational materials and resources.
Oversee the creation of curriculum content, lesson plans, and educational activities.
Identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement in educational programming.
3. Project Implementation:
Manage the execution of education projects according to established timelines and budgets.
Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
Foster relationships with external partners, including schools, universities, government agencies, and community organizations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to promote participation in education projects and programs.
Seek feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve educational initiatives.

5. Evaluation and Reporting:
Develop evaluation criteria and methodologies to assess the impact and effectiveness of education projects.
Collect and analyze data to measure project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports for the Manager of the Company and other key stakeholders.
6. Team Leadership:
Provide guidance and support to members of the Education Projects Division.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure efficient project execution.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the division.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in education, science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Previous experience in project management, particularly in educational settings.
Knowledge of curriculum development principles and educational best practices.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with the science industry or related fields is an asset.
