Job Description
Responsibilities :
• Ensure implementation of Company ethics & compliance focus areas and in cooperation with all related departments• Ensure education and training for the all employees of in the subject of ethics and compliance focus areas, raise the awareness and transparency level of the subject with related internal stakeholders
• Enhance measure and follow compliance with Company ethics and compliance requirements on third parties.
• Act as ethics champion and advocate and be role model for all internal and external stakeholders
Requirements :
• University degree, public law is preferred• 3+ years of experience in similar field (Ethics & Compliance, Responsible Business and/or Sustainable Development)
• Excellent execution, follow up, project management and coordination skills
• Open, innovative and structured mindset
• Fluent in Azeri, English, Russian is an advantage
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
