Responsibilities :
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assess customer, competitor and market trends related to Baku and provide in time and accurate forecasting and reporting about it to upper management;
• Educate the team how to create P&L analysis and control over it
• Maintain required level of customer experience through partners’ shops responsibility, by interaction with partners’ sales team members and store presentation.
• Develop and educate partners’ retail sales teams by conducting daily sales observations and weekly sales meetings
• To check the performance indicators of Baku sales group and partners to take appropriate measurements related to them. Setting the targets. Managing and drafting contracts with stores, vendors and partners. Controlling payment process
• Cotrol of Execution of company merchandising inside the shops
• Control over the partners’ sales team in maintaining housekeeping standards and store’s visual objectives
• Control over actions taken to maintain knowledge of new services of partners’’ sales staff
• Achieve sales targets/ KPIs for accountable region according to monthly & quarterly objectives/ incentives scheme.
Requirements :
Education & Experience:
• Min 5 years of sales experience
• Min 3 years of management experience
• Experience in customer relations management
• Practical Experience in direct sales team management
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Good in dealing with figures and analysis
• Ability to translate customer issues
• University degree in Economics, Business or related field;
• Excellent written and verbal communications in Azeri, Russian and English;
