Responsibilities :
Your main job responsibilities
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Establish relationships and coordinate internal resources/third parties/vendors/state agencies for the flawless execution of projects
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Track project performance to ensure successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members;
Requirements :
Your education and work experience
• Higher education (project management certificates are desirable);
• 6 years and more of work experience in a similar field;
Your skills and competencies
• Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian language;
• Knowledge of project management processes such as Scrum and Agile
• Knowledge of of Microsoft Office programs and related PM software at the professional user level ;
• Excellent partner facing and internal communication skills;
• Time management and goal setting
• Working under stress
• Strong analytical skills
