Job Description

Responsibilities :

Organize meetings and schedule appointments effectively
Register of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
Ensure document management and archiving 
To provide administrative assistance in office
To support in preparation of presentations and periodical reports
To maintain and redirect relevant meeting minutes 
To act as first point of contact

Requirements :

Higher education
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Good khowledge of Office programs (Word, Outlook)
Fluent in Azerbaijani and English
