Job Description
Responsibilities :
1. Manage sales, marketing and business development departments
2. Continual development of the Group Property Strategy
3. Provide professional property expertise and guidance to the business.
4. Provide commercial leadership on all Company property transactions
5. Develop and execute sale strategy for ongoing and new projects
6. Build and manage relationships with strategic real estate and business partners
7. Deep dive in surveying new projects to find optimal partners and locations that align with strategy
8. Coordinate closely with all internal stakeholders including concept design, A&E, construction, legal and lease administration
Requirements :
• 10+ years of commercial real estate, business development, sales experience
• Energetic with a keen entrepreneurial spirit
• Must be collaborative and innovative, as each site host will have different needs that meet company goals
• Presentation and communication skills required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
