Job Description

Salary Range

400 AZN

Responsibilities :

Responsible for pre-sales and sales activities.
Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
Generating new opportunities and enquiries.
Receiving tender enquiries, studying and calculation & preparation of quotation and following up regularly.
Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with
Building brand awareness and positioning.
Business Development in B2C and B2B.
Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products.
Identifying new customers.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet Client needs.
Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their
Creating customer satisfaction.
Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
Evaluating competitors, updating their information and assess opponent activities.
Meeting regular sales targets as per committed forecasts.
Negotiating tender and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
Discussing contractual commitments and payment terms with the customers.
Following up with customers/consultants for getting the layout drawings approved and finalizing the specifications and finishes and placing order for materials.
Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share considering customer satisfaction.
Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures,
research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Updating CRM, dashboards, backlogs and other related job lists.
Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual reports to Branch Director/Cluster & Regional office.
Dealing, controlling and close follow-up of logistic companies, freight forwarders and agents, evaluating offers within given budget and undertaken time frame.
Detailed review of all shipping documents.
Documents preparation for customs clearance
Reviewing of customs declarations.
Keeping all technical and layout manuals updated.
Sending request to Cluster/Regional Office for obtaining prices for special technical items/equipments/catalogues/samples & follow up them in timely manner.
On request, assisting Consultants/Owners by providing traffic analysis, tender specifications and design details enabling them to decide on proper VT equipment and its model for the projects under design.

Qualification/s University degree in technical or economical field. 
Essential Skill set/s

Advanced written and oral communication skills in English and excellent in Azerbaijani are mandatory (superiority will be given to persons knowing Russian as well)
Computer-literate; MS Office programs - Outlook, Excel, Word, Power point are mandatory (Superiority will be given to AutoCAD literate persons)

Desirable Skill set/s

Experience is not mandatory, superiority will be given to fresh graduates
