LENOVO is currently looking for a person for the position of Administrative assistant (outsourced).
- Answers all phone calls and route to appropriate employee or department;
- Greets guests and direct them to scheduled meetings or waiting areas;
- Receives and sends all mails;
- Archives, records and keeps records of all relevant correspondence;
- Arranges for filing of all incoming documentation;
- Other related duties additionally might be assigned.
- Manages schedules and deadlines;
- Ensures operations adhere to policies and regulations;
- Performs other duties related to the job assigned by the management.
- Higher education;
- Russian and English are mandatory;
- Proven experience at office and administrative work;
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies;
- Strong communication skills;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Salary: AZN 800-1000.
