Role Description
• The overall objective of this position is to aid the Company Operations, processing incoming timesheets & expense claims ensuring they are correctly filed and complied with existing local legislation and company policies, as well as manage the billing processes.

Principle Accountabilities
Payroll
• Processes incoming timesheets & expense claims ensuring they are correctly filed and complied with existing local legislation and company policies. For FA LLC, FESL AZ Branch, Fircroft Caspian & Fircroft Georgia.
· Monitors the labor legislation and clarifies contractors’ queries with regards to it.
• Maintains system and internal database to comply with employees’ current data.
• Resolves any payroll queries from contractors via telephone, email, or verbal query.
· Provides system reports as requested.
· Actively collaborates with the Operations Department to ensure compliance with contract specifications and resolution of problems and issues.
· Calculation of PIT, SPF, Unemployment & health insurance contribution.
· Booking and reconciliation of data in the system (1C ZUP 8.3 and 1C BUKH 8.3)
· Preparation & submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual labour related statutory reports (PIT, SPF, Unemployment Tax & Health Insurance, statistics)
Client Invoicing
• Supervise and manage all billing processes.
• Preparing / issuing and controlling company invoices.
• Generate invoices from the system and dispatch them to the specific customers on a timely manner.
• Resolve billing issues.
• Assist and support audit teams in verifying bills/Invoicing and ensure compliance with relevant Company procedures.
• Assisting management, as needed with invoicing information requests / queries.
• Resolves and directly handles any client invoice queries. This includes raising and issuing manual invoices and credit notes if any.
• Works closely with finance department to check differences with the paid and charged amounts
Other AD HOC Tasks
• Bank processing- Timely processing of Accounts payable invoices according to the contract terms; taxes and contributions payment, salary payments and preparing all other payments via internet banking for FA LLC, FESL AZ Branch, Fircroft Caspian & Fircroft Georgia.
• Assisting Finance Manager with other subjects
Requirements :
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
• 3-5 years payroll experience
• Payroll experience in the Oil and Gas sector
• Can work both solo and as part of a team
• Good analytical skills
• Good attention to detail
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel Skills
• Effective Communication Skills – written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to monthly deadlines
