Job Description
Corporate Performance Management division is part of Portfolio Management and Investment Monitoring Department. The main purpose of the division is to provide Formal Business Review of Business Units(BUs)/Asset Corporate Performance review on variances against targets & business plans, regular review of targets and intervention recommendations for improvements.
Responsibilities :
1. Steer the development of annual performance targets and scorecards
2. Establish a performance management review process
3. Support the Portfolio Management division in recommending the performance targets
4. Provide the performance reports to the management on variances against targets and performance intervention recommendations
5. Drive the asset deep dive assessment based on portfolio actions and provide a detailed action plan to the management
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or any related discipline
• Master’s degree, MBA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA or similar would be an advantage
• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in Asset portfolio management, Performance Management, M&A activities, Financial Modeling, Corporate strategy, Corporate Finance or similar functions
• At least 3 -5 years of experience in people management and leadership position
• Experience and good knowledge of energy industry would be an advantage
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English
