Job Description
Responsibilities :
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Requirements :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Responsible and accountable one
Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English- advanced
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00
